1. Agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you and Prime Reviews Pro ("we", "us", the "Service") governing your use of primereviewspro.com and any tools or subscriptions offered through it. By visiting the site, creating an account, or purchasing a subscription you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Who can use the Service
You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account or purchase a subscription. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement. The Service is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly accept them as users.
3. Accounts
Some features of the Service (including the fake-review analyzer) require an account. You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account, keep your credentials secure, and notify us promptly at support@primereviewspro.com if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraud, abuse the Service, or create risk for us or other users.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Scrape, crawl, or bulk-extract content from the site, except for search engine indexing by well-behaved crawlers.
- Use the analyzer to process content you do not have the right to submit, including private data, copyrighted material you do not own, or content governed by NDA.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service, including by sending malformed requests, exploiting bugs, or attempting denial-of-service attacks.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code or underlying models of the analyzer.
- Resell, rebrand, or build a competing product using results obtained from the analyzer.
- Use the Service to harass, defame, or harm others.
- Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with any entity.
- Violate any applicable law, including export controls, consumer protection law, or intellectual property law.
5. Subscriptions, billing & refunds
Premium subscriptions and one-time purchases are processed by PayPal. By subscribing, you authorize PayPal to charge the payment method you've approved on a recurring basis until you cancel.
Cancellation. You can cancel a subscription at any time through your account page or through your PayPal account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access to paid features until the end of that period.
Refunds. If you request a refund within 7 days of a new subscription or one-time purchase, we will issue a full refund without asking for a reason. After that, refunds are discretionary and typically granted only if the Service was demonstrably broken. Refund requests: support@primereviewspro.com.
Price changes. We may change subscription prices. If we do, we will give you at least 30 days' notice by email before the new price applies to your account. You can cancel before the change takes effect.
6. The analyzer — what it is and isn't
Our fake-review analyzer uses a combination of deterministic linguistic heuristics and third-party AI models to estimate how likely it is that a set of product reviews contains fake or manipulated entries. Its output is a probabilistic signal, not a definitive judgment.
In plain English: we give you a score and an explanation, but we are not accusing any specific reviewer of wrongdoing, and we cannot guarantee a review flagged as "likely fake" actually is fake — or that a review flagged as "likely real" actually is real. Use the output as one data point among many when deciding whether to trust a product listing.
Analyzer results should not be used as evidence in legal proceedings, as the sole basis for making purchasing decisions involving significant money, or as grounds for publicly accusing specific sellers or reviewers of fraud.

10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prime Reviews Pro, its contributors, and its suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service — including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or purchases made based on our reviews.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or USD $100, whichever is greater.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitations of liability, in which case the above limitations apply only to the extent permitted by law.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Prime Reviews Pro and its contributors from any claim, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Service, or your violation of any third party's rights.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. If we terminate a paid account without cause, we will refund any unused prepaid portion. You may terminate your account at any time by emailing support@primereviewspro.com.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the bottom of this page and, for active subscribers, notify you by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continuing to use the Service after the effective date means you accept the revised Terms.
14. Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and, where applicable, the state in which Prime Reviews Pro is organized, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service that cannot be resolved through good-faith discussion shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the United States. You waive any objection to jurisdiction or venue in those courts.
Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to protect intellectual property rights.
15. Miscellaneous
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Affiliate Disclosure, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service. If any provision is held unenforceable, the rest remains in full effect. Our failure to enforce a provision does not waive it. You may not assign these Terms without our written consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
